Welcome to Los Angeles Neurosciences
Dr. Thomas Kurian is a board-certified neurologist — certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) — who cares for both adult and pediatric patients at Los Angeles Neurosciences, located in the heart of the Santa Clarita Valley. He founded this practice with a clear mission: to deliver neurological care that is not only excellent — but also warm, accessible, and never rushed.
Dr. Kurian completed his medical degree at St. George's University School of Medicine, his internship at NYU Winthrop Hospital, and his neurology residency and fellowship training at the Medical College of Georgia. This training spans the full spectrum of adult and pediatric neurology — including stroke, epilepsy, headache and migraine, movement disorders, dementia and memory, neuromuscular disease, and pediatric neurological conditions.
Dr. Kurian understands that a visit to a neurologist can feel overwhelming. Whether you are coming in for the first time with a new symptom or managing a long-standing condition, our office is designed to put you at ease. We take the time to listen, explain, and work with you every step of the way.
In addition to seeing patients in the office, Dr. Kurian offers telemedicine visits for patients throughout California who prefer to be seen from home — no driving, no waiting rooms. Same-day and expedited appointments are also available for patients with urgent concerns.
Our practice also includes a nurse practitioner who works alongside Dr. Kurian to make sure every patient receives thorough, high-quality care in a timely manner. Together, our team is here to help you feel better and live well.
